How we work

The process

Every bicycle starts with a conversation. What we do next is the same for every build — disciplined, transparent, without shortcuts.

Initial contact and deposit

We send a consultation form to understand your intended use, your measurements and your budget. From there we make an initial proposal and ask for a deposit to reserve your place in the build queue.

Consultation and fitting

A consultation session — in person or remote — to refine the geometry for your body and riding style. We work from existing bike-fit data or carry out the analysis from scratch.

Design and component selection

Based on the consultation, we draw the final geometry and choose the tubing, fork, dropouts and remaining structural components. We present the drawing for approval before proceeding.

Paint, if applicable

If the project includes custom paint, it is defined and executed at this stage — colour, finish, decals. We work with trusted painters in Lisbon.

Handcrafted frame build

The build itself. TIG welding, alignment, braze-on fitting where applicable. We share photographs of the process throughout the build.

Final payment and delivery

After final approval of the frame, we process the remaining payment and arrange delivery — in person at the workshop or by secure transport. The bicycle leaves with a build certificate and warranty.
